Now a days, my brother is behaving abnormally, not at all showing interest in any activity. I suspect that he is taking drugs. To confirm this, first I want to know about physical symptoms of drug abuse. So, I searched information regarding symptoms in the net and would like to share them with you. A person who is addicted to drug suffers from unexpected weight loss or gain and change in eating habits like increase in appetite or loss of appetite. There will be poor physical coordination and walks slowly. They cannot sleep properly and wake up at unusual times. Their eyes will be red and watery, and pupil of eye may become larger or smaller than usual.

The intake of drug substance can be smelled on breath, body, or clothes. They have swollen face, cold, sweaty palms and shaking hands. They have irregular heartbeat and shakes of hands, feet or head can be observed. They always suffer from running nose and aggravating cough. They may be extremely hyperactive and talk excessively. They have needle marks on lower arm, leg, or bottom of feet. If these symptoms are observed then we can suspect that a person is taking drug.

Has your teen lost interest in schoolwork, or dislikes going to school? Have the grades fallen off? Have there been any changes in your teen’s appearance? Has your child lost interest in doing things they once loved to do? Has there been a personality shift, or are they hanging out with a different crowd? Young people like teens are more sensitive to drug abuse as they are in their preadolescence age and not completely matured. They get tempted to the word of estimated benefits rather than understanding the negative effects on the brain, body, behavior, and health. Youngsters are frequently exposed to drugs, especially young culprits, youngsters in institutional care like orphanage, students with social or academic problems, and young people who live in underprivileged families or neighborhoods where multiple risk factors and difficulties are concentrated. Parents and guardians need to be careful in watching for teen drug abuse and the signs of possible drug addiction in their teen aged children.

GM to Cut 7,500 Blue-Collar Jobs

GM was successful to make a big number of hourly work force in US to leave the organization. The hourly workers of this giant automaker have agreed to leave for a buyout or early retirement incentives.

According to the news, around 7,500 workers – all work for hourly wages – have agreed to leave the organization. I don’t think they have much choice, because the company is in stake of crisis, low demand and big loans. It is better to leave the company with incentives, rather than stay in it and have nothing at the end, when the company goes bankrupt.

Chrysler LLC, another automaker, is also into enticing its blue-collar workers to leave the organization. It has even extended its deadline of enticing them.

GM has made another big plan in order to comply with its reduced sales. It offered $20,000 cash and a $25,000 voucher to their blue-collar employees in order to entice them to leave as well as buy a car. Thus, it is a 2-way win-win for the GM. One is to make its workers leave. The other one is to sell a big number of their cars (around 62,400 hourly U.S. employees were given this offer).

Britons to Cut on Trips This Year

This gloomy season is to affect the tourism industry a lot. Lets take the example of Britons. A survey found that they are going to cut on tours and trips this year to a drastic numbers.

A survey from Travelmole revealed that Britons are going to cut their abroad trips by one-fifth of the general trips. Around 21 percent, of the 1000 Britons surveyed, are going to decrease their number of holidays this year, to cope up with the economic downturn.

The British holiday accommodation enquiries also fell by 24 percent in hotels, by 15 percent in holiday homes and by 17 percent in hostels.

Supporting these figures, another research by Eurocontrol came up with some stats. It said that there was a 1.7 percent decrease in number of flights from UK to other countries. In December alone, there was a big fall of 7 percent in the number of flights. Industry is expecting more bad numbers this year.

Your punch can be alcoholic or a non-alcoholic. You have to decide it based on the guest and the time they arrived. It also depends on how old you are; because children should strictly keep away from handling any kind of alcoholic beverages.
